Due to the nature of our products — which include digital downloads and print books — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed.

 

Digital Products: Because digital files (such as PDFs and e-books) are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

 

Print Books: Print books are made to order. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the Contact page on our website. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
